Cain and Abel Cast in Noah
The director has cast the largely unknown Icelandic actors Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson (“Reykjavik-Rotterdam”) and Arnar Dan as Cain and Abel respectively in the film.
Lots of folks seem to be confused with the inclusion of Cain and Abel in Noah. I’d point them to the sample pages from Noé Volume 1. The story of Cain and Abel seems to be presented as prologue.
If that wasn’t enough, Noah is a descendent of Seth, the third son of Adam and Eve and brother to Cain and Abel. As well, I could imagine a scene where Methuselah (Noah’s grandfather and played by Anthony Hopkins) is telling young Noah about the past.
